today..i went to the customer service & communication course in NYP with my friends...it was my first time going to a polytechnic....the course was quite fun lahs...i did not doze off throughout the course....at least it was much better than the animation course which was taught by the republic polytechnic....to me, that animation course really sucks lahs...we had our lunch in the canteen....everyone in the canteen was looking at us because we were wearing our school uniform...we went to the shopping arcade....the services at the shopping arcade was totally different from public shopping centres.....polytechnics have child care centres...hehe...although the course was from 9am to 6pm, there were short breaks lahs.....tmr im having a test about what i learnt today in the course......quite nervous lahs....

after the course, sy n fenz accompany me to causeway point because i need to sent my phone for service....after that, we went munchydonuts....bought some donuts....
